Ontario minimum wage petition

I, the undersigned, hereby express my support for the formation of an appropriate Parliamentary initiative leading to the introduction of a Bill and subsequent Legislation intended to regulate and enforce minimum wage designed specifically for the Security Industry in Ontario, which would apply to all individuals who are licensed under the Private Security and Investigative Services Act (PSISA 2007) while working in positions which require such licensing. Such legislation is intended to be in the spirit of similar legislation, which currently exists in the Province of Quebec.

Federal Security Licensing petition

I, the undersigned, hereby express my support for the formation of an appropriate initiative in the Federal Parliament leading to the introduction of a Bill and subsequent Legislation intended to create a facility for Federal Security Licensing which shall be issued to qualified Security professionals (including security Guards and Private Investigators) and would allow such individuals to legally engage in long-term Security work (based on the type of license issued) anywhere in Canada, regardless of their Province of residence. In essence, such license would be similar to having a valid Provincial License in all Provinces and Territories simultaneously.
